Welcome to e-harleybikeads.com. By using the services of eharleybikeads.com and other related sites which we may own and/or operate where this agreement appears, you are agreeing to the following terms with eharleybikeads.com and any other terms and conditions posted on the site.
When using eharleybikeads.com you will not:
- Post any other make of motorcycle other than Harley Davidson.
- Post content or items in any category that violates our policy.
- Use the site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our site.
- Fail to deliver goods purchase from you, unless the interested third party fails to meet the posted and agreed terms, or you cannot authenticate the third partyŐs identity.
- Manipulate the price of any goods or services or interfere with other userŐs listings.
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content (including personal information)
- Distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
- Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm eharleybikeads.com, or the interests or property of the users of eharleybikeads.com.
- Copy or modify content from our site including copy-write and/or trademarks
- Collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
Our site offers a service that brings together third party purveyors and interested third parties in connection with transactions involving Harley Davidson Motorcycles and related parts, accessories and gear. Information about third party goods and services is supplied by third party purveyors and not eharleybikeads.com. The prices and other terms of any transaction remain subject to direct negotiation between the parties to the transaction. Though we hope that all who visit our site will act honourably and treat each other fairly, we cannot verify the information third parties supply or guaranteeÉnor can we assure that any form of payment other than cash he/she gets from an interested third party is valid. We urge all to use common sense and good judgement with dealing with all third parties.
When you offer any third party goods of any kind you must be prepared to provide those goods upon the terms on which you have listed them, including, where applicable, transfer of title or ownership.
Responsibility for all information contained in listings lies with each third party. You alone are responsible for the material you post and for the content, including, without limitation, all e-mail messages transmitted through eharleybikeads.com.
We cannot monitor every transaction that originates from ehalreybikeads.com, but we will perform random quality assurance tests and checks to confirm that those who offer third party goods and/or services over our site are prepared to provide the goods and services on the terms on which they advertise them. But using our advertising services, you agree in these random quality assurance tests.
By submitting a listing or advertising contract through eharleybikeads.com you agree to pay the fees specified and/or agreed upon regardless of whether you are successful in completing a transaction of third party goods and services as a result of the listing.
All listings will be for a 30 day period. No refunds will be given for items which are successful sold before the expiry date of such listing.
Upon the expiry date of such listings all inactive accounts and listings will be removed from eharleybikeads.com in order for us to continue improving our efficiency and providing superior service.
We reserve to right to reject any listing.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Canadian dollars.
You will not hold eharleybikeads.com or any of its Directors or Employees for other userŐs actions or inactions, including things they post. It is clearly understood that the site is solely a venue to allow anyone to consummate a transaction involving third party goods and services. at any time, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats.
We do not transfer legal ownership of items from third parties to other interested third parties, and nothing in this agreement shall modify the governing provisions under which legal ownership of goods are transferred upon physical delivery of the goods to the interested third parties.
Our liability for an error will not exceed the cost of the ad or listing space occupied by the error, and in no event shall our liability for your use of our classified advertising services exceed the amount you paid for the use of such services.
This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
